What's been cooking for supper?

 Fish on Monday: 2 versions of pasta-tuna salad
 2 sides: pan fried zucchini and Summer squash, seasoned with Italian herbs; sauteed beet greens in an orange sauce.
Tonight is taco Tuesday! and I will be using some crash n burn hanger steak, C & B taco kit, C & B kernal corn,  a pouch of Spanish rice (sale plus cpn), and serving the bit of leftover beet greens as well as a bit of l/o steamed, green beans. Fresh veg choice is steamed rainbow carrots.
