What's been cooking, the breakfast and lunch edition

 Both breakfast and lunch prove to be opportunities to use up leftovers, avoid food waste. One morning, DS had a zucchini, peppers, ham omelette, using up cooked squash from the night before.
 2 different types of pasta were used up in a 2 pasta lunch, using extra, leftover sauce from a previous meal. Lot's of Parmesan cheese offered.
 The last of 2 different types of bread, ham and cheese became grilled ham and cheese sandwiches, using up the rest of some lunch meat that had to go.
More leftover sauce, this version is a hearty bolognese of 2 types of sausage and beef, and some leftover squash on the side.
