What's been cooking?

 Tuesday was pasta night: leftover marinara was warmed up
 2 lurking bags of imported, Italian dried tortellini was cooked
 purple cauliflower from the Farmer's market was steamed
 A lovely, vegetarian supper!
 Wed found me marinating some BSCThighs in teriyaki, cooking up a pouch of chicken rice, steaming carrots and later adding some fzn peas at the end, boiling some Farmer's market beets.

Thurs: leftover chicken dinner for one as DD is working and DS is out with Dad.
Leftovers continue to play center stage at lunch: here's a recent lunch of tuna-pasta salad, quick pickles, sliced tomato with basil in Italian vinaigrette.
