Wednesday: creamed tuna on rice
Some simple ingredients, getting more out of the pantry, including some bought during a Lenten sale, canned tuna.
A quick white sauce using sauteed celery for everyone, but adding jarred mushrooms for 2 of us only (DD can't have them) at the end to make creamed tuna, served over l/o Chinese take out rice. Steamed carrots with 1/2 of a bag of fzn peas chucked in towards the end.
