Pizza

Friday night, pizza night here. Made one gluten free version for DD, here's the one that I made for me and DS#2, leftovers on deck for tonight. Italian chicken sausage, black olive, onion, mushroom, nitrate free Pepperoni using Parmesan and a homemade blend of Mozzarella, Cheddar, Montrey Jack cheeses; homemade pizza sauce. Yummy!

Looks yummy, Carol. I made pizza for us last night, too. Ours was black olive, onion and spinach, as that's what I had, and it got another vegetable into us using thawed, frozen spinach.

I tend to use Naan bread (bought in bulk at Costco, freezes well) these days, for lightning fast pizza that everyone can top on their own. Last night we also had pizza. Pizzas included Hawaiian (leftover ham & pineapple), meatball, chicken pesto, and plain cheese. Everything was rescued from the fridge.
