Sunday supper: turkey

A cold, rainy, raw day and several more to follow, so my menu plan of roast turkey was spot on!

 Crock pot filled with a hotel turkey breast. Homemade gravy was later made with the pan juices. I also made a batch of mashed potatoes (no photo).
 Canned, no salt beets and no salt French green beans completed this simple meal.
 I got some baking in: a pan of regular brownies (mix) and a batch of trader Joes's GF brownies for DD-she likes them better than Namaste! I added some chopped pecans to both.
I used one of my 2 angel food cake mixes and later served strawberries and cream on top. This dessert will reappear for Easter.
