Saturday: planned overs

 Planned overs to make a quick Sat. supper for me and DS #2: corned beef hash, using extra Red bliss potatoes that I cooked ahead when making the corned beef and cabbage on Friday
Canned pork beans, choice of mustard completed the meal. Easy-peasy.

Last years seemed to shrink so much, so when I chanced upon yet another sale recently, I bought a second one, cooking both, stacked upon one another, in my large crock pot. Plenty to go around, even for seconds this year.
