Lenten Meal for Ash Wednesday: crabmeat quiche

One of 2 remaining cans of crabmeat was the inspiration for this Lenten meal, along with a baggie of fzn home shredded Swiss deli ends.

 I made  a quiche out of this,

serving steamed brussels sprouts and carrots alongside,

 and a tossed salad wth 1/2 of the remaining baby salad greens, the rest of a can of black olives, and 1 of my 2 remaining tomatoes. Choice of salad dressing, as usual.

And supper is served!
