Moved the menu-this is FRIDAY's supper!

More of my pantry/freezer challenge in action: tonight's supper will be "hamburger and macaroni," substituting out the ground beef, which was in short supply last month, for 2 1/2 links of Italian sausage (2 sweet, 1/2 hot). A simple tossed salad and no salt, canned green beans will round out the meal. I also will most likely* make an apple pie as I have some long in the tooth apples that need to be used up, and just replenished my pie crust supply. In years past, I would have made my own, but with my OT issues, this is one accomodation I have made.
