Pantry/freezer challenge: use it up!

Some long in the tooth apples became a quick apple crisp, baked off in the mini convection oven. About 1/3 remains as two of my DS's had some yesterday. Good to use up the fruit before it turned, and I intentionally chose a crisp to rely upon my canister of oats, saving the purchased pie crusts for upcoming quiche, and a possible pie this month.
