Pantry/freezer challenge: turkey burgers

A lb or 1 1/4 pkg of marked down ground turkey from the freezer, a container with some less than fresh crackers, a grated carrot, some spices were stretched to make 6 good sized burgers
Here they are fried off. 3 will become lunch items

 A bag of Dollar tree fzn tots went into the mini convection oven

The remaining 1/2 bag of frozen peas topped the planned ahead, cooked carrots from Monday and were microwaved, topped with a pat of butter
 DS elected to have his with cheese
Gluten free DD had hers in a Romaine wrap. I also quickly reheated some seasoned, leftover fries of DD, adding them to the tots for the last few minutes. Worked well, got leftovers out of the fridge.
