This weekend's baking
A version of Bisquick classic streusel topped coffee cake: using my homemade bisquick mix, adding cinnamon and vanilla to the cake batter, substituting egg nog for the milk called for, and adding a layer of frozen blueberries under the crumb topping. This will become snack/breakfast this week.
