Pantry challenge 2017: so what's been cooking?
Tuesday's sweet potatoe topped, turkey Sheppard's pie was called into service for planned overs on Wed, a night when DS is out with Dad
Thursday was vegetarian pasta night
A quick to assemble, cheese topped casserole was covered with this still usable piece of foil, saved in a certain spot in my "junk drawer"-I reuse foil many times, trimming as needed, until ultimately recycled. It's an expensive item.
The foil was enough to cover the medium sized, Pyrex dish
and bake it off in the mini covection oven.
Fri and Sat became Y.O.Y.O with leftovers to select from, if not a sandwich.
