Gluten free baking: fruited scones





Tried a Namaste muffin and scone mix, adding my own spin to it: a mixture of fzn blueberries and cranberries were added, along with some dried orange peel. I topped them, prior to baking, with some Demerara sugar crystals.  These came out very, very good. We've been happy with Namaste products.

I like their products, too. My family enjoyed their cake mixes as well. Said they couldn't detect an extreme difference between them and other non gluten free. That's unusual because most of the time the difference is extreme.
