Breakfasts this week

Have included planned over, egg nog waffles, oatmeal, cream of wheat, cold cereal, scrambled/fried eggs,  fruit and yogurt, as well as these:

Ham (from Xmas), home grated Colby-Jack cheese (I had none), mushroom, wrinkly grape tomatoes, onion omelettes; hoomemade banana muffins (using more egg nog, brown bananas, leftover pecans from Xmas), choice of citrus fruit, coffee/tea/cocoa. I love the ability to use up bits of this and that in omelettes.

This week's Sunday breakfast: fried eggs, bfst sausage patties, strawberries, banana muffin/croisant (I had the last one with some home made gingered pear preserves-yum!), coffee/cocoa.

Looks nice. I just simply can't eat three big meals a day anymore. I need to eat much lighter. Best of luck with your job search.

Thanks, Blog Reader. Note that the weekly "Sunday breakfast" usually is much heavier than what we have during the week; we tend to skip a lunch, or perhaps have yogurt or cheese/crackers mid afternoon to tide us over until supper.
