Avoiding food waste

 A bunch of bananas became overripe so banana bread was made
 A batch of Jordan Marsh muffins was modified to become banana muffins: I substituted 2 cups worth of banana puree and used egg nogg for the milk required.
Yesterdays 21 lb turkey was deboned last night, the skin, pan drippings, bones and roasted turkey neck were all placed in a large, oval Crock Pot on low overnight. This morning, I let it go a few hours on high, then strained the contents, and picked over the bones and neck, gleaning a good sized container of what I call "scraps."

Waste not, want not.
