What's been cooking?

 Busy this past week: Tuesday, I made a planned over, turkey-kidney bean chilli
 homemade corn bread on the side, using up Buttermilk in the process

Wed is a you're on your own night as DS has dinner with Dad. DD joined them as well.
 Our fish dinner took advantage of a frozen asset: mashed potatoes were used to make salmon-potato cakes, served with steamed peas and carrots
 Friday night homemade pizza night
A French-Canadian version of sheppard's pie
