BBQ "pulled turkey"
Leftovers reign supreme lately; really keeping an eye on food waste. Last night's supper for 2 plus 2 impromptu guests (DS #1 & GF) was Crock Pot BBQ pulled pork turkey served on marked down, Portugese rolls that I cut into halves. Coleslaw, tater tots, green beans on the side. Only the beans remain, they're on my dinner plate tonight before I return to college (I had a morning class already today)
