BBQ "pulled turkey"

Leftovers reign supreme lately; really keeping an eye on food waste. Last night's supper for 2 plus 2 impromptu guests (DS #1 & GF) was Crock Pot BBQ pulled pork turkey served on marked down, Portugese rolls that I cut into halves. Coleslaw, tater tots, green beans on the side. Only the beans remain, they're on my dinner plate tonight before I return to college (I had a morning class already today)

Sounds delicious. Turkey in BBQ sauce is one of my favorite uses for leftover turkey. The Friday freebie this week for Kroger stores is Kraft BBQ sauce, so this could end up on our menu in the next week or two.
