I baked off an herb topped chicken thigh in the mini oven for DD
The rest of us had chicken cacciatore. We all had brown rice, DD had fzn green beans, the rest of us has broccoli florettes
A Butternut-Pumpkin pie was made, using up leftover pumpkin, and l/o roasted Butternut.
