Sunday supper: roast hotel style turkey breast

One of the 4 frozen hotel style turkey breasts that I bought a while back is slowly roasting away in my larger, oval Crock pot today. Sides will be mashed potatoes and homemade gravy, cranberry sauce, baked Butternut squash. I am thinking of making either or both a pumpkin and/or an apple pie. Time will tell. I did the weekly shopping, am working on laundry, the day's allotment of housecleaning.
