That looks good, but I am allergic to beef, flour, and peas. I do love carrots. I have 7 pounds of carrots, most of which are going into the crockpot today.
I love planned overs. It always feels like a bonus to have something started for another meal.

Saryn, the steak had been marinated in Italian dressing with Italian herbs. Some residual flavors were there. I used a 50-50 blend of vegetable oil and sesame oil to help fry this off, the onions/peppers added additional flavor, as did the one pouch of soy sauce.
