Friday night, pizza night

We made 2 large pizzas last night. Pictured is the traditional one, made with homemade pizza crust, topped with sauce, multiple cheeses (Parmesan, Cheddar, Mozzarella, Provolone), Pepperoni, turkey sausage, black olives, mushrooms, red onion. Came out very good.

Here are some leftovers of another.

 I also made a gluten free one,using a Bob's red mill pizza crust mix, which DD really liked. I substituted garlic infused oil for EVOO in the dough, then it was topped with sauce, Parmesan, vegan Mozzarella (since have discovered that DD can eat Mozzarella w/o issues), black olives, turkey bacon, organic spinach, scallions (green part only). Liked it very much. Her BF is visiting and also gave it a thumbs up. What I liked about the crust mix is that it included a pouch of yeast-very convenient, although I do have yeast on hand.

Have a different pizza crust mix on hand to try another time.
