2016 Canning is done

Got my tomatoes and tomato sauce done before Labor Day this year. Columbus Day is when I aim to have apple sauce done. I did it in batches again, to save my physical strength. 11 quarts and 1 pint of sugar free, cinnamon spiced apple sauce for the coming year, using locally sourced apples.
