Tuesday: quiche!

 Munster (home grated cheese ends) cheese, sundried tomato sausages, pie crust, tub of leftover broccoli
 First I took care of the pie crust, then added the broccoli that I chopped
 Meanwhile, I sauteed sausage sliced with peppers and onions
Once drained, this topped the broccoli

 I mixed the custard
 Topped the quiche with cheese, then filled it.



I baked it off in the mini oven.
Sides were the last can of no salt, French green beans, the leftover salad.

Just DS and I tonight and we are early as we had a college meeting to attend for his progam.
