Baking







I made this today, but with a twist:  Fresh apple cake with honey glaze   I reduced the amount of sugar, substituted fresh pears for the apples, added some freshly grated Nutmeg.  Once completely cooled, I will take it out of the pan, dust with XXX sugar.
