What's for dinner: planning ahead

 Planning ahead as I have a 6:15 appointment and will be lucky to get home for 7:15! Here's my apple-chicken sausage, mushroom, scallion and 2 cheese quiche, using local, organic, free range eggs. The orange hue to the custard is a dead giveaway. 
Now baked, it will just be heated up when I return. Sides will be a green salad with choice of dressing, steamed organic Summer squash with dill.
