This Summer's window garden

Pictured are my plants, growing hydroponically until a root system is established and I feel that they'll survive transplantation to a pot of soil, to be placed on the back patio, next to my now potted scallions and basil. I have celery, Romaine, 2 heads of Black seeded Simpson lettuce. A fun experiment. Cost: $0.

I've done that too - with romaine hearts. Then I feed them to the pets when they're big enough. I should get better about doing it....
