Lunch at home

I intentionally made a large, tossed salad last night as I wanted planned overs for my lunch today: large salad plate of lettuce, red onion, cuke, celery,  tomato, carrots, home marinated and roasted BSCB, pikles and a honey-mustard dressing. Hot and humid day with air quality issues, I remain inside with the A/C. Drinking my required lots of water as well.

While this is entitled "lunch at home" if I was working, I'd be toting this to work.
