Crock Pot Thursday
Crock Pot Thursday to keep the house cool, and to free up my time.
2 1/2 hot Italian sausages were browned off as crumbles. A large can of no salt tomato puree, 1 pint of my home canned organic tomatoes, some dried Italian herbs, black pepper, a Bay leaf, some beef bouillon, a stalk of celery that I chopped was combined together early this morning. Spaghetti it is.
I already prepped my wax and flat Italian beans, along with the rest of a cut red onion and some fzn red pepper strips for what I call "green bean saute:: sauteed beans w/ onions/peppers, seasoned with salt free garlic/herb Mrs Dash and sauteed in some veggie oil, or bacon fat.
