Sunday supper: pot roast

 My last frozen beef roast is now in the CP along with a can of golden mushroom soup, black pepper, some dried French onion soup mix
Although potatoes were on the original menu, I am reserving what few I have for an upcoming stew. Buttered elbow macaroni is subbing in.

Vegetables will be sauteed Swiss chard, and braised celery with a few carrots added for color and to supply a vegetable that Mr Picky will eat.
