Saturday supper: quick and easy

The 3 pkgs of Deli end turkey (minus the 1/3 lb or so that was presliced, such as someone at the Deli counter cut too much for an order, so they stuck it with the reduced ends-that sliced meat has been repackaged for sandwiches this upcoming week), with celery, scallions, tarragon, black pepper has been turned into a turkey salad, with the help of some lite Mayo. It's marinating in the fridge for tonight. Off to nap.
