Fish on Monday: salmon-Swiss chard quiche
Using my last can of Salmon (a tuna fish sized one this time), I made a Salmon-Swiss chard quiche using some fzn Havarti with dill and Gruyere.
Roasted Butternut squash and a green salad accompanied.
