Fish on Monday: Salmon cakes

Salmon cakes using leftover baked fillets, and my last large can of Salmon, homemade bread crumbs, grated carrot, assorted spices, egg. Pan fried and served with homemade tartar sauce.
 I am calling this vegetable-orzo pilaf. Leftover pilaf with snow peas was combined with leftover Summer squash, leftover asparagus.
 Quick tossed salad with choice of dressings.
