Crock Pot Monday: planned overs for beef stew

Last night's pot roast (along with a nice thick slice of another pot roast from the freezer) has been cubed up, placed on top of a bed of chunky vegetables: 2 long in the tooth, red Bliss potatoes along with the last  4 Russets, the last 4 carrots, 3 celery stalks, 1 onion. The planned over gravy is serving  as the base, along with a small portion of cider-pork gravy from the freezer, and a healthy sprinkling of black pepper, a small bit of garlic powder (I've  kept minimal food, including spices on hand). Good to use these items up, as planned and to have supper cooking away while I am busy.
