Cooked breakfasts at home

 Past 2 mornings have found me making extra nice breakfasts: pictured are the ingredients used to make this:
 Roast beef hash, served with fried eggs, spicy mustard on the hash
Sunday breakfast this week: pork sausages, scrambled eggs with catsup, toasted English muffins with butter and grape preserves, OJ, hazelnut coffee. Tomorrow brings us back to simplier breakfasts.

I did "good" breakfasts over the weekend, too. (I'm more likely to cook breakfast for dinner about once a week). We had corned beef last Wednesday and used the leftovers for corned beef hash on Friday. My husband ate a leftover plate of the hash and dinner veggies for lunch today.
