The chicken menus continue

This week's Sunday supper: roast chicken, Basmatti medley savory herb rice mix (getting this salty choice out of the pantry), a mix of assorted dregs of frozen, plain veggies now residing in the kitchen freezer(time to clear all of those OUT!).

 The roasted chicken
 3 cups of stock

 My baked cake

I plan on making an Angel Food cake, which will be served with strawberries and freshly whipped cream.
