Sunday breakfast

My weekday routine for breakfast consists of a cup of organic yogurt, fruit, coffee, water, and a hardboiled egg/nuts mid morning for a protein boost.

On Sunday's, I splurge: with a house guest, I had reason for an extra special bfst: scrambled eggs, Aldi's fzn bulk pork breakfast sausage, Rye toast with butter, coffee, and pineapple juice (the juice from some canned fruit)
