Friday night, pizza night

I gathered possible pizza ingredients the night before. We're officially out of mushrooms, will live without for now. We have alternatives.

I experimented with making my own pizza dough using a KA mixer, then proofing it in a bowl placed in the microwave. Worked fine. I used l/o sausage/mushroom/onion/pepper/chunky tomato homemade spaghetti sauce as the base. Freshy grated Parmesan, Mozzarella (freezer stash) and some Cheddar were the cheeses. Pizza #1 had black olive, pepperoni, onion, peppers on top, along with sausage from the aforementioned l/o sauce.
Pizza # 2 had Pepperoni (officially out of this as well, will move to Ital sausage if pizza is on the menu again), onion.

Both were delicious, made at home with no restaurant charges to contend with.
