Fish on Monday: using what we have

 The poached Salmon fillets were turned into potato-Salmon cakes, using 2 small containers of l/o mashed potatoes from the freezer, scallions,grated carrot, egg, spices. Once assembled, I rolled them in homemade bread crumbs before lightly frying off with "Pam spray."
 More St Pat's cheap cabbage graces the table, and I was able to use up 2 old carrots, the rest of a bottle of cole slaw dressing.

A supper plate: l/o, homemade baked beans and some homemade tartar sauce accompanied.

I love to see what you are doing with your stash. I hope by the time the move comes you are virtually empty (Or at least down to a manageable moveable amount)
