Sunday supper: pot roast

I believe that this is my last beef pot roast. I am Cp cooking it today with a can of golden mushroom soup, some dried French onion soup mix, black pepper. I continue to actively use up the now restricted (low salt diet) items on hand. I can't afford to simply toss them. Sides will be mashed potatoes topped with gravy from the CP, frozen kernal corn, a tossed salad with choice of dressing.
