Peering into June's food supplies

Image: http://futureexpat.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/12/Moving-Prep-Using-Up-the-Pantry-Food.png

Actively eating down our food supplies in the freezer and pantry, as well as kitchen cupboards (what little I store there) has been an overarching goal for months. This has freed up monies to help pay off medical debt and also translates into having much, much less to move. We are also using up now forbidden foods on my low salt diet. It's all good as my older son would say.

I anticipate remaining here for the first 2 weeks of June, until my work is over, even though  I am supposed to start tenancy on June 1 at the condo(will have to e-mail in the morning as I have heard nothing since I signed the lease on Thurs). During those first 2 weeks, we will continue to focus on using up items on hand. Although I know that some of the following will be eaten down, if not eliminated, at MOST, this is what I expect we'll have on hand as June starts, in addition to the usual kitchen staples always on hand (spices, baking supplies etc) and whatever currently resides in the kitchen freezer : * items with a line drawn through are now gone
