As previously posted, "fish on Monday" was a tuna casserole, using up the shell macaroni, a lg can of crash n burn tuna, the rest of the French's onions, a can cr mush soup, spices, carrots. A salad accompanied.
Crockpot Tuesday: turkey chilli using some fzn, cooked, cubed turkey meat, canned tomatoes, canned kidney beans. Home shredded cheese accompanied.
only 1 lb of meat, but extra veggies helped to bulk it out: celery, onions, peppers, mushrooms
Fri became dinner for 1, I had pizza.
Expensive, butcher's hotdogs but using inexpensive rolls, beans and condiments greatly softens the blow to the budget.
