Leftover Wednessday

 I started by frying off 3 previously fzn links of hot Italian sausage along with 2 stalks of celery that I chopped and the remaining 1/2 of a red onion.
 I added the l/o beef sloppy joe sauce, a can of mushrooms, a 29 oz can each of tomato puree and diced tomatoes with herbs, additional spices

Leaving me with this nice bolognese sauce

served over the rest of an open box of spaghetti. Dinner for one, with a pot of sauce for tomorrow.
