Thursday: take out fake out

 The inspiration for tonight's fake away: these lurking pkgs of ramen from college boy. I also still have fzn pot stickers
 I only need the noodles, so the bouillion was saved for another time.
 cabbage, 2 branches celery, a fzn red pepper, 2 1/2 carrots, 1/2 of a large onion
 reduced sodium soy sauce, sesame oil, vegetable oil
 some fzn ham that I chopped up
 I sauteed the veg and ham in the oils as the ramen boiled.
 once the veggies were al dente, the ramen and soy sauce were added
choice of sauces for the pot stickers

that looks so good - I love Chinese food - but only have it a couple of times a year. we do homemade fried rice, etc -- so its lower in sodium when we make it at home.
