Fish on Monday: salmon

Fish on Monday this week: 4 defrosted, wild caught Salmon fillets will be drizzled with lemon and seasoned with dried dill weed and black pepper before baking off in the table top, convection oven. Sides will be brown rice, steamed carrots with 1/2 of a bag of fzn peas added the last few minutes.
