Sunday supper: pork

A marked down, pork tenderloin is now defrosting,


 $1 bottle of organic marinade from crash n burn. I used up the dregs of an opened bottle, washed it out a bit with water then topped with some of this new one, to get a cup's worth.


to later be marinated


and baked.


Sides will be box  mix scallopped potates,



 home made apple sauce (green capped Mason jar that is now defrosting), l/o green bean casserole, canned beets.
