Blackbelt frugality: Planning ahead for Crock Pot Tuesday

2 exam days down, 2 more to go. I am in the thick out it. Planning ahead for tomorrow which will bring medical appointments in the late afternoon, culling more pantry items off the shelves, along with a lb of marked down ground beef. All of the ingredients, except for the thawing beef are already in the awaiting CP. Come 5 a.m., I will be browning the meat to add to the CP, set it and go about  my routine.

Once home tomorrow, I will make a batch of my homemade, Southern style corn bread to accompany.
