Blackbelt frugality: got lentils?

Someone shared this with me-lots of gret recipes, which I suspect would do fine, if beans were substituted.

There is a recipe on AllRecipes.com called Tasty Lentil Tacos and they really are quite good.

Can you tell me how to subscribe to your blog via email? I went to the subscribe to posts at the end of the page, but when I clicked on it, all I got was a lot of gobblediy goop (looked like code). I would like to be able to read your updates in my email. Love your blog and you have really helped me a lot. I love your practicality. I don't see how you manage to stay on your program so well though. Don't you ever get just a little tired of having to be so frugal? I can do well for a while, but then something will happen and I just give up and give in and go off the reservation. Yes, I regret it later, but how can I just be so stringent all the time? Any ideas? You have given me lots of ideas, saved me lots of money and helped me learn so many ways to cut my costs, thank you so much. Now if you can just help me figure out how to subscribe to your blog, we will be in business. Thanks for all you do. Ang

Hi Junebug, I just searched on blogger, and couldn't find how to open my blog up to automated email subscriptions. If anyone can advise me as to how to do this,I'd appreciate it! I am al as I need to be, in order to meet my goals, and I am very goal driven. Sure, it can be a drag sometimes, which is why I try to build in some extras/treats to make things pleasant. That said, my wants are few, I am low maintenance.
