What's been cooking?

 Sunday's roast chicken leftovers were divided into a whole breast for sandwich fixings, a bag of cut up meat, and the rest cooked down, turned into a rich stock that still awaits me.
 Original plans for pot pie got shelved, (I completed my holiday shopping after work on Mon) so I grabbed some ingredients
 and we had chicken tacos, Goya rice mix, Mexicorn.
 Tues was beef burgers on chiabatta rolls from Aldi's, baked beans.

The rest of the beef burgers on Wed (used them up!) and quinoa veggie burgers, served on toast. More baked beans.

Really working hard on using up the stockpile, frozen items.
