Cooking from the pantry: Sunday supper

Cooking from the pantry: BSCB bought back in Oct are now defrosting, to be transformed into homemade, Italian Parmesan Panko crusted chicken strips (served with choice of sauces),

oven fries,

canned corn, coleslaw.

Sounds really good. I am going to use my pantry and freezer just to see how far I can go without doing a big shopping trip. I think exclusive of a little fresh produce, bread, eggs and milk I ought to be able to last about 2 months on the storage items. It might take a little creative energy though.

Sounds good. I've been reading but not commenting. My computer is in the repair shop. I'm using a tablet that is hard to work. Hopefully will be back this week.
